Was there on a work retreat. Very nice place and excellent food. Most comfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel! Caution staying this time of year though. The weekend we were there they were doing 2 weddings and our corporate event on the same night. It was obvious they had over committed. Service-wise they were understaffed and in over their head. Long waits for drinks at cocktail hour and mass confusion between the servers. Lots of mix ups if who ordered what. It was the same at dinner.
Really amazing place. Booked it the night before on Expedia and didn't really know what to expect. We had a really amazing old fashioned room with amazing decour. The staff were really friendly and explained everything really well. It was such a nice place that we didn't go exploring in the area, just stayed in and enjoyed the stay! Would definitely recommend

Went for a 25th wedding anniversary. We got the small private room. We were most comfortable inside and outside. The staff was friendly and we ate very well.
Nice class place. Food not as expected and way too expensive. Staff too familiar with customer, should be more professional
